ABOUT

The Veg Challenge is a 1 month program designed to challenge you to give up animal products. 

To take the challenge, create a team of 1 to 4 people, at least one of whom must be neither vegan nor vegetarian—at least not yet! Then sign up here! We will add you to a secret Facebook group with other Veg Challenge participants, where mentors will be posting tips and recipes occasionally to help you out.

When you sign up, you will receive a stamp book so that you can keep track of your progress.

Here's how the program works:

Week 1 (Oct 23 - 30) - Give up meat, including fish

Week 2 (Oct 30 - Nov 6) - Now, also give up dairy (except for cheese)

Week 3 (Nov 6 - 13) - Give up eggs

Week 4 (Nov 13 - 20) - Finally, give up cheese, too!

At the end of every week, we will send out a survey to gauge your progress. By the 4th week, you will be eating entirely vegan!

Every week, there will also be ways to earn points. The three teams with the greatest amount of points by the end of the 4th week will earn awesome prizes.
